Shooters Den business hours are Monday through Friday 10am to 5pm Pacific Time. If we are unable to answer the phone, please leave a message on the answering machine with a number to call you back. We do return calls. Please keep in mind that we are a west coast home based business. There is a three hour difference, earlier than Eastern Time.

Items for service can be shipped to us via UPS, Fed Ex, and US mail. We have a Federal Firearms License and firearms may be shipped directly to us and returned to the senders address.
Return shipping to our customers will be by Fed Ex Ground unless special arraingements are made in advance. Small packages may be shipped by US Mail. There have been several price increases from our shippers over the last year. Please expect to pay a little more in shipping costs. Rifles shipped in hard cases may double the cost. We ship items fully insured. Please report any damage or loss immediately and save the boxes, paperwork, etc. for the shipping company's inspection.
We do not accept credit card payments. All payments must be made by money order or personal check. Personal checks must clear before items are shipped.
California customers please take note: Due to resent changes in California firearms laws Shooters Den must now charge a $5 service fee on receiver and other firearms orders being shipped directly to California FFL dealers for transfer to our customers.
In addition, Shooters Den will also place a $20 service charge on receivers and firearms that have been drop shipped to Shooters Den prior to sending them to other states FFL dealers for transfer. We are sorry for this added expense, but we must cover our costs for these services. Receivers and firearms purchased directly from Shooters Den will not be service charged when shipping to other dealers for transfer to our customers.
All firearms sales require a dealer transfer and background check. All Federal and State laws apply.
